We don't automate bookings. Every enquiry reaches one of the four of us — usually Eleanor — and we reply within one working day with availability, the guide we'd assign, and a quote.

Two ways to reach us

Write, or telephone — either lands on the same desk.

Tell us your dates, your walk of choice and roughly how many of you. We answer every enquiry by hand within one working day.

Response time

One working day, usually less. Friday afternoon enquiries reach you by Monday lunchtime at the latest. We do not run an out-of-hours service.

A note before you write

We'd rather build the right walk than book the wrong one.

If you're not sure which of the three walks fits your group, just say so — we'll suggest one. If your dates are tight or your group is unusual (a parish from abroad, a school under fifteen, a hen weekend), tell us in the message and we'll work the rest out together.
